The Clearpath Programme.
A four-week implementation programme that takes your organisation from AI-curious to AI-operational — and two weeks of follow-up support once you're live.
Together we assess what your organisation needs, identify the right tools, design new workflows, and implement them. In most cases we'll need around 2 hours of your time for every week of the programme.
By the end of week four, you have working processes implemented and a full handover pack. We prioritise tools which minimise ongoing costs so that everything we build belongs to you (in some circumstances subscriptions may be required). We stay available for two weeks of post-implementation support — so if questions come up once you're using the tools in practice, you're not on your own.

Week One - Discover
We begin with a structured AI Readiness Assessment across your organisation. We review your existing workflows, tools, and team capacity, and identify the two or three areas where AI will have the greatest impact.
Deliverable: Readiness report with prioritised recommendations.

Week Two - Design
We work with your team to design the new ways of working (workflows) — mapping how AI tools will be used in practice, what prompts are needed, how outputs will be reviewed, and how the processes fit into your existing systems.
Deliverable: Workflow design documents and prompt library.

Week Three - Build
We build the tools: the templates, automations, prompt workflows, and supporting materials. We test each element against real content from your organisation and refine until it works reliably.
Deliverable: Fully tested tools and workflows, ready to use.

Week Four - Embed
We hand over everything we've built and training materials for your team. You have the confidence to use and adapt the new processes independently.
Deliverable: Full handover pack and training session.

Weeks 5-6 - Post Implementation Support
Once you're live, we stay on hand for two weeks. If something doesn't behave as expected, a team member has a question, or you want to adjust a workflow now you're using it for real — we're available to help.
What's included: Email and message support, minor workflow adjustments, one follow-up call if needed.
