Do I need any technical knowledge?

No. All engagements are designed for non-technical team members of all background. We are non-technical, but have lived experience of implementing AI tools across our organisation. 

How long does it take?

We have multiple tools to support you requiring different levels of investment of your valuable time.

Our free AI Readiness Audit takes around 15 mins. 

Our self help toolkit can flex around your organisations needs. Our Focused Fix (normally 2 week programme) and Clearpath Programme (4 weeks) usually require around 2 weeks of your time every week. This is just an estimate and will depend on the scope and complexity of what we are trying to achieve. 

What happens is something isn't working after four weeks

That's exactly what the two-week post-implementation support period is for. You can contact us with questions, flag issues, or request minor adjustments during that time.

What tools do you use?

We are not aligned with any specific tool, which enables us to tailor our solutions to your needs. This also allows us to work with whatever your organisation already uses — Microsoft 365, Google Workspace. If your organisation uses bespoke software, additional fees may apply.  

Is there an ongoing cost?

We do not charge retainers or ongoing fees. You pay for the engagement, receive a handover document, and your team runs it independently from there. Beyond the two implementation support, we may charge additional fees or additional support or changes, however our objective would be that you have the tools to resolve issues and develop the tool yourself, in-house. 

We will strive to deliver as much as possible from free subscriptions or develop templates, processes or other tools which you then own. In some circumstances however, depending on the solution, an ongoing subscription may be required.
